Our service area includes Roblin, Inglis, Russell, Grandview, Rossburn, Binscarth, Shellmouth, Dropmore and Rural Municipalities of the RM of Shell River, RM of Hillsburg, RM of Shellmouth-Boulton, RM of Russell, RM of Grandview, RM of Rossburn. We do venture further out than these areas such as the Swan River, Dauphin, Ste Rose and Birtle areas.
As you are looking around if you would like these listings to be sent automatically to your inbox in your e-mail everytime we put up a new listing.....
Follow these directions.......
Click on the real estate tab and then click on one of the headings such as residential.................
You will see an orange square (which is called an RSS feed) and beside it, it says "click to subscribe".
Once you click on this orange square a Jakeman Insurance and Real Estate page comes up. You will see the words click to subscribe - click on these words. That's all you have to do. Now you will get every new Residential listing that we put up, right into your e-mail.
Now if you want to just get the farm listings, than just go to the farm heading under the real estate tab and you will subscribe to that RSS feed (the orange square).
If you just want the commercial properties you will repeat the process under that heading.
If you want all 5 including residential, farms, commercial, lots and acreages you must subscribe to each RSS feed separately for each category.
